These terms govern your use of Weekbeat. By using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please don’t use the app. Weekbeat is operated by an independent developer; contact hello@weekbeat.net with any questions.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use Weekbeat. You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure.

Third-party services

Weekbeat works alongside third-party services such as Google, Apple, and Spotify. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, and you agree to comply with them. We are not responsible for third-party services and may lose access to their data if their terms or APIs change.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the app: no attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, no unauthorized access, no scraping, and no use that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Content and intellectual property

Artist names, images, audio previews, and related metadata belong to their respective owners and are provided through third-party sources. Editorial summaries and trivia may be generated with the help of automated tools and are provided for informational purposes; they may contain inaccuracies.

The Weekbeat app, its design, and its original content are owned by us and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that recommendations, content, or availability will be uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or to protect the service.

Governing law
